Aishwarya Rai Daugther Aaradhya, Husband Abhishek Won't Work Together Because of Baby [VIDEO, NEWS]
Talk of AIshwarya Rai starring opposite her husband Abhishek in Happy Anniversary has officially ended.
According to One India, Abhishek told media that no such deal had been made, and now the reason why has surfaced.
Aishwarya refuses to work with Abhi because of their daughter Aaradhya.
According to Bollywood Life, Ash doesn't let anyone take care of her daughter when she is around. Since her daughter's birth in 2011, she has been a hands-on mother, and sources informed a leading daily paper in India that if Aishwarya cannot take care of her daughter, then Abhishek takes sole charge.
Because of this, the two cannot work on a film together, because it would keep both away from their daughter while they shot the film.
Rumor has it that Aishwarya is still working on a comeback after taking a hiatus for the past few years to take care of baby Aaradhya. But fans should not expect her to pursue any projects with Abhishek anytime soon.
According to the International Business Times, Aishwarya may make her comeback opposite Hrithik Roshan, though the actress will not confirm or deny anything.
"I think I should leave it for the respective people to make the announcements if there are any," she said.
She did confirm that she has been reading scripts however, but that "the conclusion and consequence of it, when we arrive at it there will be announcements made."
Though she won't work with her husband on a movie, she had considered other smaller projects with her husband lately. As previously reported here on Enstars, the couple was named brand ambassadors for Prestige home appliances, and have released an ad for the company.
