Eminem's daughter, Hailie Scott, was reportedly crowned homecoming queen at her high school on Oct. 4.

Scott's honor was broadcast on television. The homecoming queen of Michigan's Chippewa Valley High School was seen smiling next to the homecoming king while wearing her crown and holding flowers. The 17-year-old high school senior was voted queen by the students and faculty.

Eminem G-Shock Concert in NYC

Eminem reportedly made sure to be close to his daughter during the event, according to The Macomb Daily.

"I heard our people had him in the cafeteria so he could see what was going on outside, but I can't confirm that," George Sobah, president of the Chippewa Valley Board of Education told the local newspaper.

A parent also told the newspaper, "Hailie came out with her mother Kim (Scott) when she was introduced with all the other kids but her father watched from inside the school because he didn't want to cause a scene -- he wanted Hailie to have her own moment,"

Albums Coming This Fall 2013

Eminem has expressed his love and pride for his daughter through his music for years. For example, he released Hailie's Song in 2002 where he raps, "But when I see my baby, suddenly I'm not crazy. It all makes sense when I look into her eyes."

Perhaps Eminem will include another tune about his daughter on his upcoming album The Marshall Mathers LP 2. The record hits stores on Nov. 3.
