A second male masseur filed a lawsuit against John Travolta on Tuesday claiming that the actor inappropriately touched him.

The second man alleges that while working at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, he did an in-room massage to Travolta, reports Radaronline.com.

According to the masseur, Travolta tried to force him to touch his private parts.

The first masseur filed a $2 million lawsuit against Travolta accusing him of sexual assault during a massage in January inside a room at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Reuters reported today.

Travolta has denied the accusations.

"On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast," a spokesman for Travolta said in a statement.

"John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and plaintiff for malicious prosecution."

The assault happened on January 16, according to court documents.

The masseur's lawyer Okorie Okorocha says there is evidence Travolta was in L.A. on the 14th.

Travolta was reportedly in Atlanta shooting the movie "Killing Season" with Robert De Niro in late January.

Travolta is married to Kelly Preston since 1991. They suffered the death of their son Jett in 2009. The couple now has two children.
