Kris Jenner Bruce Jenner Separation To Play Out On Keeping Up With The Kardashians? He Wants Out, Says Source
Kris Jenner has reportedly requested several staged reunions with Bruce Jenner after they announced their separation to be filmed for the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Bruce, however, has declined the offers and would rather not film season 9 of the hit reality show, according to a show insider.
"Bruce feels he's done with the Kardashian reality shows," a source close to the production revealed to Radar Online. "He has told Kris and producers of the show that he wants out, but he is under contract to film one more season."
"There is no way E! will let Bruce out of the contract because viewers will want to see how the family deals with the split," the insider added. "Bruce is stuck and under contract. He knows that the split storyline is inevitable.
TMZ reported on April 24, 2012 that the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch successfully negotiated a $40 million deal with E! for three more seasons of their hit reality show that month. The contract expires after the E! network films and airs season 9 of KUTWK and its spinoffs in 2015. The network currently airs season 9.
"Kris has no desire to get back together with Bruce, but she wants to film a 'reunion' of them attempting to work things out, which would all be designed for the show," the source added. "It would be far from reality."

Before the couple announced their split on Tuesday, several reports revealed the pair had been apart for quite some time and were only together for appearances and for filming.
InTouch quoted a family friend, in an article published on Aug, 28 whom revealed shocking details, including the couple not being intimate for years, Kris no longer wore her wedding ring and they were together only for publicity appearances.
"They don't do anything together unless it's filmed," said the insider. "They haven't slept together in years and pretty much just have a business relationship at this point."
Radar Online reported on Sept. 1 that the Jenners have had a "loveless" marriage for quite some time.
"They've had problems for a long time and have been separated for months," a source close to the couple said. "They haven't slept together in years. It's basically a business relationship at this point. Their marriage is over."
