Britney Spears Album Title Revealed, Vegas Singer Shares 'Personal' Name [VIDEO]
Britney Spears revealed that her eighth studio album will be titled Britney Jean.
"It's a personal album, and all my family, they always call me Britney Jean," she said during her interview with London's Capital FM Radio on Monday. "It's like a term of endearment, and I just wanted to share that with my fans."

For the album, which goes on sale Dec. 3, Spears worked with producers will.i.am and William Orbit. When asked if the record will feature any "juicy" collaborations, Spears quipped, "You'll have to wait and see but yes."
After her album release, the 31-year-old will begin her two-year residency in Las Vegas.

"I'm really stoked about it. I've toured the world so many times and had been in different hotels every night. It's going to be nice to have one place to be at for my children and my family," she said referring to Sean and Jayden James.
Spears previously said that her upcoming record helped her get through a difficult time.
"From having a huge breakup this year and I just had a lot to say in the studio so it was really nice to be able to have it like a therapy like that and to be able to share that with my fans," she recently told On Air With Ryan Seacrest.
Spears was referring to Jason Trawick, her former fiancee. The couple called off their 13-month engagement in January. And while the 31-year-old is currently dating a lawyer named David Lucado, she said singing about her ex was the perfect way to move forward.
"It really kind of helps you get over the breakup really easy cause you sing about it and have to think about it every night but then you're like 'It's okay, I'm performing now,'" she said.
