John Travolta's lawyers have provided evidence that the actor was in New York City on January 16, the day he allegedly assaulted a masseur in Beverly Hills California.

The two pictures were obtained by celebrities' site TMZ.com. In both Travolta appears indoor wearing a black hood posing for the camera.

The photos reportedly were taken at 4:30 p.m. and 5:21 p.m. and were part of a fitting session for the movie "Killing Season" which he was filming at the time.

A male masseur referred to as John Due, filed a $2 million lawsuit against Travolta alleging that the actor assaulted him sexually at the Beverly Hills Hotel on January 16.

A second masseur joined the lawsuit Tuesday claiming Travolta sexually assaulted him in an Atlanta hote on January 28.

Travolta has denied the accusations.

"This second 'anonymous' claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one," said Travolta's attorney Martin Singer.

"Our client will be fully vindicated in court on both of these absurd and fictional claims."
