Desperate Housewive's Eva Longoria has finally opened up about her devastating divorce from NBA basketball player Tony Parker after three years of marriage. Longoria filed for divorce in 2010 after claims that Parker cheated on her after discovering hundreds of sext messages with another woman.

Longoria did not offer much information at that time and moved on to date Eduardo Cruz, Penelope Cruz' younger brother.

The 37 year old beauty appeared on Lifetime's "The Conversation With Amanda de Cadenet" on Thursday evening revealed more details about her ex-husband's scandal. She revealed that she confronted Parker when she discovered the messages he had sent to Erin Barry, ex-wife of San Antonio Spurs teammate Brent Barry.

She said she really wanted to know why Parker would betray her, saying: "I really wanted to provide a pillow for him to say and express why.. Because I really wanted to know why. 'I'm not going to judge you. I'm not going to be mad in this moment. I'll be mad later.'"

After Parker replied to her, she said she realized that his cheating was not because of her. "It wasn't about who he chose," she said. "I mean, I had moments [where I wondered], 'Am I not sexy enough? Am I not pretty enough? Am I not smart enough?'"

She also said: "Society usually thinks there's something wrong with the woman. 'Oh, he cheated on her, so she must not have been sexually satisfying him. She must have been a ball and chain!'"

But she said she is secure with who she is and just thought, "'Wow, okay, that's the life you want to live.'" She said she finally accepted that Parker's infidelity was "definitely not about me".

It seems that despite the pain, Eva Longoria has moved on. She had appeared on talks shows this week, to talk about her painful divorce, and the sad farewell with the cast of Desperate Housewives after they wrapped up their finale. The popular show will finally end after eight years in a two-hour special season finale on Sunday evening on ABC.
