Kelly Rowland visited Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday where she spoke about her experience on X Factor and working alongside Simon Cowell.

"It's three women up there but Simon is the biggest diva," she said in reference to herself and her fellow female judges, Paulina Rubio and Demi Lovato.

Kimmel and Rowland also joked about Cowell's famous white T-shirts, which he often wears.

"This man has too much money," Rowland said. "Somebody please get him a shirt."

The former Destiny's Child member also joked about Rubio and her accent. Although she loves "Pau Pau," Rowland said it's sometimes difficult to understand the Mexican singer. She recalled the moment Rubio used the word "genre," but her "adorable" accent made the word incomprehensible.

The former U.K. X Factor judge also spoke about the difference between contestants overseas and those in the U.S. It seems American contestants are far more eccentric.

"We have all the crazies. It seems like all the crazies just want to be in America," Rowland said. "They want to come up there and not know the song. They want to come up there and sound like they're calling for cats. They want to come up there and they are dressed in rainbow costumes... They're delusional."

The 32-year-old also said she's able to detect horrible performances from the moment a contestant belts his or her first note.

"As soon as they open up their mouths it's almost like who are your friends?" she said. "Why are your friends telling you to come on here to make a fool out of yourself?"
