Before there was Kim and Kanye there was almost Kenya and Kanye, according to Kenya Moore.
During an interview with Access Hollywood Live on Tuesday, Moore revealed that the New Slaves rapper asked her out "a few years ago."
The 1993 Miss USA pageant winner said she understood why he tried to pick her up because West appreciates "beautiful women, curvy women." The Real Housewives of Atlanta star also said that the Chicago rapper was very respectful when they met. The 42-year-old added that the rapper offered to let her listen to his new music at the time.
"He was really sweet when I met him," she told host Billy Bush. "He seemed very humble. I thought he was a great guy."

She said she declined his offer to go out because she was seeing someone at the time, but admitted that he was very endearing.
"I was with someone," she said. "He was a very charming guy, I can say that. I was very charmed."
Bush asked if West gave her "elevator eyes" and she said she could tell by the way West looked at her that he appreciates women.

The Gone With The Wind Fabulous singer said she is happy to see that West is in love with Kim Kardashian, whom he welcomed a child with on June 15 named North.
"I'm very happy that he's found love and that him and Kim are having a good relationship," she said.
Moore's reality show, The Real Housewives of Atlanta will premiere season 6 on Sunday, Nov. 3 at 8 pm EST.
