Britney Spears sings about relationship problems and her insecurities on her new ballad Perfume off her upcoming album Britney Jean.

"Am I being paranoid? Am I seeing things? Am I just insecure?" she sings. "I want to believe it's just you and me. Sometimes it feels like there's three of us in here baby. "

The singer released the emotional tune on Sunday via Facebook. The song post has garnered over 125,000 likes and 18,000 comments thus far. Many of her fans seemed content with the song, telling Spears that they "love it" and several called it a "wonderful" "awesome" and "great" song.

"Perfume is incredibly special to me because it hits close to home, and I think the story is relatable to everyone," she recently told E! News. "Everyone's been through an insecure moment in a relationship that's left them vulnerable and I think this song captures that."

The song will appear on Spears' upcoming eighth studio album. Spears confessed that many songs on the new record, Britney Jean, were inspired by her breakup with fiancé Jason Trawick. The couple called off their 13-month engagement in January.

"I have been through a lot in the past few years and it has really inspired me to dig deeper and write songs that I think everyone can relate to," Spears wrote in a recent letter to her fans posted on her website. "Working with people like Sia, William Orbit, and of course Will.i.am has been an amazing experience. They have listened to all my ideas and helped me bring them to life."

Britney Jeans hits stores on Dec. 3, one day after Spears turns 32.
