Though much of Grey's Anatomy's tenth season has so far focused on breakups and makeups, the Nov. 7 episode will center on sex.

In a new Canadian promotional video for episode 8, Two Against One, April Kepner and her fiancé Matthew are finally addressing a problem they have avoided since getting back together. April admitted to being a born-again virgin, but Matthew is still struggling with his virginity and does not want to wait being physical with his future wife.

"There is one problem that we really haven't discussed..." he says to April in the promo.

"I wasn't sure if that really bothered you," April responds.

April tries to tell him "I want our first time..." but he cuts her off and shoves her against an ambulance instead. He suggests, "Why don't we just get that part out of the way?"

The Canadian footage also shows Arizona talking about having sex with Leah to April, Bailey's sleepless night and her fall in the operating room with intern Jo Wilson. The voiceover says "While lovers break through, a doctor breaks down."

ABC released an official synopsis for episode 8:

"The issues between Meredith and Cristina hit a boiling point when one of them ultimately betrays the other at the hospital. Derek tells Jackson that he needs to let go and allow the second year doctors to work on his patients, and April and Matthew make a bold decision about their relationship. Meanwhile, Bailey has difficulties with Ben’s return."

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
