Another day, another problem for Jay Z.

The New York Daily News reported that the 43-year-old 99 Problems rapper is being sued for allegedly sampling Eddie Bo's 196's Hook and Sling-Part 1 without using using permission. TufAmerica, the label representing Bo claims that the song appears in Jay Z's 2009 hit-song Run The Town, which features Rihanna and Kanye West.

No word on why Bo waited four years to file a lawsuit, but apparently TufAmerica, who have owned the rights to the track since 1996, are seeking money from Run This Town, damages and have filed a court order to stop "further distribution and exploitation" of the song.

Back when Run The Town was released, the label claimed that Roc-A-Fella Records had repaid a license fee of $62,500 to use the song, but "failed and refused to enter into written license agreements that accounted for their multiple other uses of ['Hook and Sling']."

TufAmerica is known for filing suits for copyright infringement, and have filed claims against Christina Aguilera, Beastie Boys and West.

In the Beastie Boys case, the label claimed the band's albums Licensed to Ill and Paul's Boutique sampled Trouble Funk without permission. The Beastie Boys denied the claim.

Jay currently made headlines for partnership with Barneys New York in the wake of multiple allegations by African-American shoppers that they were profiled by the luxury department store.
