Drake 'Worst Behavior' VIDEO, New Song Featuring Singer's Father Lip-Syncing, Juicy J & Pink Limos
The new video for Drake's Worst Behavior features his father and a funny intermission-skit by Juicy J.
In the video Drake's dad, Dennis Graham, is all pimped-out in a white suit, black hat, and dark glasses with an array of pink colored limousines lined up behind him. Graham is seen lipy-syncing Drake's introductory bits in full gangster style. A short while Drake makes his entrance and spits out the main verse. Two minutes into the track, the song stops and in a comical diversion, Juicy J is seen with some of his homies.
The video is shot in Memphis, which is close to Drake's heart. In a recent interview with Jian Ghomeshi of the Canadian Broadcasting company, the Canadian rapper spoke about his relationship with his father and Memphis, Tenn., where Graham is from.
"It was pivotal in shaping the man I am today. Going to Memphis gave me a glimpse into what rap really felt like. I got to go and be around Yo Gotti in the very early stages and it was only because my cousin's baby father used to manage him," he said. "He used to bring me around a crazy lifestyle that I knew nothing about being from here. It was just surreal.
"It seemed so big. The clubs seemed so glamorous. The cars just seemed so expensive. These guys were drinking Louis XIII. My mind was blown," he added. "I was so young and I got to see not only rap culture, but Southern rap culture which is very influential. It opened up not only my mind but my ears."
In other Drake related news, Kendrick Lamar addressed his feud with the rapper in an interview with GQ magazine. In the publication's Man of the Year issue, which hits stands earlier in October, Lamar was named the rapper of the year. The feature on Lamar is set around the time when Lamar and Drake were encountering each other pretty frequently, from seeing each other at the MTV VMAs to Fashion Week events.
When particularly asked about the feud and the state of the relationship between them, Kendrick said, "[We're] pretty cool. I mean, I would be okay if we weren't."
Kendrick also acknowledged that Drake had taken his verse to be a diss and suggested that Drake was in no way an influence on him.
"If anything. We all peers," he said.
Drake is currently touring in support of his latest album, Nothing Was the Same.
The rapper will be touring until the end of December. Check out his tour dates here.
