Kristen Bell and her husband Dax Shepard walked a white carpet for the premiere of Disney's Frozen on Nov. 19 at the El Capitan Theatre in California.

Bell, who wore a black and white gown, plays the movie's lead character princess Anna. The young girl teams up with Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) in a big journey to find Anna's sister Elsa (Idina Menzel). They face uncomfortable icy weather conditions and encounter a snowman named Olaf (Josh Gad).

"The context is really family and who you fight for and who you choose to believe in even when they don't believe in themselves," she told OnTheRedCarpet about the film at the premiere. "And this idea that you just can't get rid of your family and you shouldn't."

X Factor judge Demi Lovato also attended the premiere wearing all black. The 21-year-old is featured on the animated movie's soundtrack on the song Let It Go.

The animated musical comedy debuts on Nov. 27.
