The football team at Stanford will be facing off against California at 4:00 p.m. EST Saturday.

The ninth ranked Stanford Cardinal (8-2) will be playing the unranked California Golden Bears (1-10) on the Cardinal's home turf at Stanford Stadium in Stanford, Calif. Stanford has the advantage going into Saturday's game with a record of 58-46-11 against California all time. Stanford is also the favorite to win among oddsmakers.

Though Stanford is favored going into Saturday's game, they are still going to give it their best.

"You're looking at a team with athletes. They have really good skill positions. Say what you want about their record, they've got good receivers, they've got good backs, they've got speed and athleticism," said Stanford coach David Shaw. "They can put points up if you're not ready for them."

Meanwhile, Cal fifth-year senior defensive end Dan Camporeale isn't too concerned about facing off against a highly ranked team.

"It doesn't matter whose record is what, or who's done what, or who's won to who, or who's lost to who," he noted. "It's a hard-nosed football game that everybody gets very excited for, and I can't wait."

While Stanford has won three of their last four games, Indiana has consecutively lost their last nine games in the NCAA.

The Stanford Cardinal vs. California Golden Bears game will be broadcast live on Fox Sports 1 at 4:00 p.m. EST and Xfinity subscribers can view it through live streaming online here.
