Apple Black Friday 2013 Deals: Company to Sell iPad Air, MacBook Pro & More for Low Prices in 'One-Day Sale' [VIDEO]
Apple released its first teaser for its Black Friday sales on its website Monday.
Apple is teasing the Black Friday as a one-day shopping event on their products, in which consumers can take advantage of discount deals. Though the teaser was only released through the Australian Apple store page, it is assumed that it will be transferred to the U.S. Apple store page soon.
As for what consumers can expect from the big sale, Apple will likely continue with past Black Friday trends. Based on past trends, MacRumors.com is expecting the brand new iPad Air to be discounted by $41. They are also predicting that the iPad 2 will get the same $41 discount treatment. This puts the new tablets at $458 for the 16GB iPad Air and $358 for the iPad 2.
Consumers can expect the iPod touch to be given a $21 discount, putting it at $208 for the 16GB model. The MacBook Air should have a price drop of $101, putting the light laptop at $898 for the smallest model. As for the new MacBook Pro with Retina, there should be a similar $101 drop, putting the smallest model at $1,198.
Finally, the iMac should have a price drop of $101, giving the desktop computer a price of $1,198 for the 21.5 inch, a.k.a. the smallest model.
It is important for Apple consumers to be savvy about only purchasing these products on Black Friday, which falls on Friday, Nov. 28. The sales will likely not extend beyond Friday.
