'Man of Steel 2' News: 'Batman vs. Superman' Movie Features Return to Kent Farm? [PHOTOS]
The rumors that Man of Steel 2 would feature a return to Kent Farm seem to be more of a reality based on new photos.
Local citizens of Yorkville, Il. have taken photos of a building at which a "secret" movie is set to be used for filming. The building is featured in the exact location of Kent Farm, otherwise known as Superman's (Henry Cavill) childhood home in Man of Steel. Since the building looks very similar, it can be assumed that the producers behind Man of Steel 2 are filming more scenes at Kent Farm.
The new photos, which can be seen via Yahoo! UK, feature a building with similar structure to the Kent Farm in Man of Steel. It looks as though Superman is returning home for the sequel. The film, which is also tentatively known as Batman vs. Superman, features Superman facing off against Batman (Ben Affleck) in numerous physical conflicts.
Few plot details are known about Man of Steel 2. Only a few actors have been confirmed to be appearing in the film, thus far. Other than Cavill as Superman and Affleck as Batman, Amy Adams will be reprising her role as Lois Lane, Diane Lane as Martha Kent and Laurence Fishburne as Perry White.
Rumors have been spreading that Man of Steel 2 will feature several big characters, including Wonder Woman, The Flash and Lex Luthor. Warner Bros. has not officially confirmed that any of these characters will be appearing in the film.
Man of Steel 2 is scheduled for release in theaters on July 17, 2015.
