'Fast and Furious 7' Finished Despite Paul Walker Death? Late Actor Was Scheduled to Finish Latest Installment Dec. 14
Since news emerged that Fast and Furious actor Paul Walker died Saturday night, fans are now wondering if the thriller will still go on for its seventh film.
Fans took to Twitter to question whether or not the latest installment had been filmed already.
"R.I.P my favorite star, I really wonder about Fast & Furious 7. Hope that they finished it," one fan wrote.
"Watching the next 'Fast & Furious' movie is going to be heartbreaking. I hope they've finished it and that they make that the last one," another fan wrote.
Walker passed away at the age of 40 after his Porshe GT crashed about 3:30 p.m. in the 28300 block of Rye Canyon Loop. According to The Los Angeles Times, deputies from the Santa Clarita Valley sheriff's station and the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived to find a vehicle engulfed in flames. Two people in the vehicle including Walker were pronounced dead at the scene.
In one of his last interviews, Walker talked about his Fast and Furious character and 'celebration victories.'
"I'm Brian a lot more than I'm Paul Walker, which is awesome. When I hear, 'Hey Paul Walker!' my hair stands up on the back of my neck. It's uncomfortable. But when I hear 'It's Brian!' it's cool. I like Brian," he said, according to USA Today.
Walker was a child model and star before featuring movies live Meet the Deedles, Pleasantville, She's All That, Varsity Blues and The Skulls.
He was currently scheduled to return to Atlanta next week and wrap up the film on Dec. 14 after spending time with his daughter, Meadow, 15 over Thanksgiving break.
