While he was promoting his new movie, Alexander Ludwig, who played Cato in The Hunger Games, praised his former costar Jennifer Lawrence.
"She's spectacular. So down to earth, one of the greatest girls and an incredibly talented actress," he told reporters at the Lone Survivor premiere, held at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City, on Tuesday. "I'm hoping to do something with her soon."
The actor also joked about his relationship with the movie's other cast members, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson.

"I was in love with Josh and Josh was in love with me and Liam with both of us. It was really awkward," Ludwig joked. "It was a bromance."
Although he admits that he has yet to see the second Hunger Games film, Catching Fire, he said he's "so happy for all of them."
The 21-year-old Vikings star walked the red carpet to promote his latest role as Shane Patton in the Lone Survivor, which also stars Mark Wahlberg.
"Had a fantastic time at the premiere of my new movie #LoneSurvivor last night. Met many of the families of the fallen heros we portrayed," the actor tweeted on Wednesday.
The movie is based on the 2005 ill-fated military mission called "Operation Red Wings." The assignment involved four members of SEAL Team 10, who aimed to capture a Taliban leader, Ahmad Shah. Mark Luttrell, who received a Navy Cross for his efforts, was the only one to survive the mission.
Directed by Peter Berg, Lone Survivor hits select theaters on Dec. 25 and will release nationwide on Jan. 10th, 2014.
