'Sherlock' Season 3 Spoilers: Watson Surprised & Not Thrilled By Sherlock's Resurfacing As A Server In Restaurant? [SNEAK PEEK]
A brand new teaser for the upcoming third season of BBC's hit show, Sherlock, reportedly reveals scenes from the upcoming installment. which includes Det. Greg Lestrade being tied to Sherlock's (Benedict Cumberbatch) plan to pull off his bogus death at the end of season 2.
According to ACESHOWBIZ on Dec. 21, Lestrade tells a scruffy looking Sherlock that the time is right for him to resurface on Baker Street.
Later on, Sherlock could be witnessed going undercover as a server at a restaurant where John Watson (Martin Freeman) partakes in a dinner with a female, who is played by Freeman's real-life girlfriend Amanda Abbington.
Sherlock & Watson To 'Drive Each Other Mad'?
However, Watson doesn't instantly notice his old friend, and isn't too thrilled with the shock.
Sherlock will open up its new series with an episode titled, The Empty Hearse, which will happen "two years after the devastating effects of The Reichenbach Fall, Dr. John Watson has got on with his life. New horizons, romance and a comforting domestic future beckon," stated the site.

Sherlock will be making its return to television in the U.S. on Jan. 19, 2014 at 10 p.m. Eastern Time. However, it will be kicking off in the U.K. on Jan. 1, 2014. The most recent trailer for the upcoming series can be viewed below.
