According to TVLine's spoiler chat session on Dec. 19, Smells Like Teen Spirit will introduce fans to a new and friendly Realtor that will be bursting onto the scene.

The respective episode is also set to revolve around a preppy community of mean girls at a tony prep school, amongst its other happenings.
The entertainment site's spoiler chat stated the following information:
"There's only this bit of casting.... For Episode 15 aka Smells Like Teen Spirit (which otherwise revolves around the 'mean girl' community at a tony prep school), the ABC drama is casting the role of a perky Realtor. WAIT A SECOND, HOLD THE PHONE. are you thinking what I'm thinking?!"
Judging by TVLine's speculation, it appears as though Beckett (Stana Katic) could become quite jealous of the perky realtor. While nothing is yet to be confirmed, the most recent promo for Castle's return episode did feature Kate questioning the crime novelist's commitment to their future union. Another words, a potential relationship wrench via the realtor could very well serve to sweeten the storyline of the trials and tribulations to their marriage.
