For the second year in a row, the most charitable celebrity of 2013 is Taylor Swift.

DoSomething.org, the largest not-for-profit in the U.S. for young people and social change, compiles a list every year of the top "20 Celebs Gone Good."

"Swift recently celebrated her 24th birthday by GIVING gifts instead of getting. She donated $100,000 to the Nashville Symphony, which has faced extreme financial difficulties this year," the website said of the 24-year-old singer. Swift also headlined the Winter Gala in London benefiting an organization helping homeless youth. She even joined Prince William on stage for an impromptu performance of Livin' On a Prayer at the event.

One Direction made their debut on the list taking the No. 2 spot thanks to their volunteer trip to Ghana as part of their efforts with the U.K. charity Comic Relief. Harry Styles and Liam Payne also worked with a London-based nonprofit called Prizeo for Trekstock.

Beyoncé took the No.3 spot, followed by Paul Walker and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Sandra Bullock, Kerry Washington, Ian Somerhalder, Ryan Seacrest and Carrie Underwood rounded out the top 10.

Coming in at No. 20 was Justin Bieber, who became the first recording artist to make over 200 Make-A-Wish kids' dreams come true. He also raised $1,164,027 in just a few days with Prizeo.com to support Typhoon Haiyan relief efforts.

Swift also landed on Google's annual Zeitgeist, a "spirit of the times" listing that ranks popular Web searches in 2013. The 22 singer was among the 10 most-searched people or phrases in three categories - Most Searched People, Most Searched Celebrity Break-Ups (for her split from Harry Styles) and Most Searched Concerts (for her Red tour).
