Fans still continue to buzz about the unexpected death of Jax's (Charlie Hunnam) old lady, Tara (Maggie Siff), which brought season 6 of FX's Sons of Anarchy to a close, inevitably sparking a slew of speculation over what lies ahead for the SAMCRO president.

Creator Kurt Sutter had spoken about the seventh installment to Entertainment Weekly back in November, saying that it would start off a few weeks after Tara's death, as DA Patterson (CCH Pounder) will undoubtedly want to find out why two individuals who've recently come in contact with Jax have lost their lives.

On Dec. 28, the Latin Post reports that "procedurally they would definitely bring him in and at the very least begin the questioning process."

Aside from Pounder's curiosity, Jax had previously agreed to turn himself in. Hence, he'll undoubtedly be having a word with pounder and law enforcement either way.

However, the question is whether Jax will try to make a run for it out of Charming or be tried for Tara's murder since he was at the scene of Gemma's (Katey Sagal) crime after the latter's dirty deed.
