Lady Gaga released a new version of her hit song Do What You Want, featuring Christina Aguilera.

Originally featuring R. Kelly, the new track was released on New Year's Day. Lady Gaga tweeted an iTunes link of the song shortly after the New Year's countdown.

"Here's Do What U Want feat. Christina Aguilera STUDIO version. smarturl.it/DoWhatUWantX pink champagne, gold lame, hair, and fearlessness," the singer wrote.

Aguilera tweeted the link a few hours before the countdown: "Happy New Year! Loved performing #DWUW with @LadyGaga so we made a special version just in time for NYE! XoXtina smarturl.it/DoWhatUWantX."

The song is available for purchase on iTunes.

The two singers performed their collaboration for the first time Dec. 17 on the season finale of The Voice. The new version has the two artists singing together with more notes added, making it slightly different from the original tempo with R. Kelly. As Gaga sings the lyrics, Aguilera expresses her daring vocal range, adding strong emphasis to the song.

Do What U Want featuring R. Kelly is currently at No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The same track is featured on Gaga's 2013 album ARTPOP. Aguilera is No. 4 on the chart for her collaboration with A Great Big World, Say Something.

Gaga and Aguilera have also made the Billboard Hot 100 Songs chart of 2013: Aguilera and Pitbull's Feel This Moment came in at No. 36 while Gaga's Applause was No. 37.
