Lil Wayne Complains After Being Denied Front Row Seat at NBA Game
Lil Wayne complained on Twitter that The Thunder denied him a a prime seat in their Oklahoma City arena.
"Was going to go to the Thunder game tonight but was denied by the team to be in their arena. Wow. Smh. Go Spurs!" Wayne tweeted.
According to the Associated Press, Wayne's representative called The Thunder to get a front row seat but the seats were sold out.
“Thunder spokesman Dan Mahoney says Lil Wayne's representatives did contact the team requesting tickets but insisted that he sit on the front row, and none of those seats was available," AP reports.
Thunder spokesman told AP:
"We'd love to have him at a game, but like anyone else, he needs a ticket."
The Thunder defeated The Spurs 102-82 on Thursday which was Game 3 of the Western Conference finals.
Oklahoma City will host Game 4 on Saturday night.
