'Agents of SHIELD' Spoilers: 'The Magical Place' Two-Minute Sneak Peek [VIDEO]; Team Works To Rescue Coulson [PHOTOS]
The search is on to find Agent Coulson, and the members of the Agents of SHIELD are turning over every criminal stone as they try to track down their resurrected leader.
Following the events of "The Bridge," Centipede has abducted Agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg), Mike Peterson (August Richards) is presumably dead, and SHIELD's high-ranking officers are sweeping in to assume control of the case. As the episode begins, the presence of SHIELD's Agent Victoria Hand (Saffron Burrows) seems to be beneficial, although it may not remain so.
When "The Magical Place" picks up, Agent Ward (Brett Dalton) and Agent May (Ming-Na Wen) are busy exercising their formidable fighting powers against a businessman selling Chitauri metal while Fitz (Iain De Caestecker), Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge), and Skye (Chloe Bennet) manipulate technology to deliver the baddie to Victoria Hand. Although Coulson's handpicked team appears to be working seamlessly, Hand will drive a wedge between the crew when her prompting leads May to kick Skye off the bus (see clip by clicking here). Considering the Calvary has sided with the young hacker on other occasions, it's quite probable her dismal is merely for show.
However, the most important part about the upcoming episode is that viewers will finally find out more about how exactly Coulson managed to survive the wounds he suffered at the hands of Loki (Tom Hiddleston) in 2012's The Avengers.
