'The Bachelor' 2014 Contestants Too Much For Juan Pablo? He Said, 'It's Hard, I Don't LIke Hurting People' [VIDEO]
New star of The Bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis has proved that it's pretty difficult having to choose between 27 women-- so much so that at one point he wanted to walk away from the show.
He told Access Hollywood Live Wednesday, "It's hard. I don't like hurting people, and it gets tough as you start getting to know people better...I took the chance [because] I knew that [the women] were going to be there who knew who I was, knew what I want."
Of the 27 women that showed up the first night, seven went home and a few of them stood out to Galavis and made quite the first impression. He gave the rundown of which ladies impressed him the most and which ones turned him off.
When it comes to Charlene, the woman who snagged the coveted first impression rose, Galavis said the classy dress she was wearing is what helped her stand out from her opponents.
Galavis said, "She's very elegant...Her boobs were not hanging out. She's wordly...I saw her get out of the limo and I thought that dress is not from an American girl!'"
As for Lucy, the one known for being the free-spirited girl who came out of the limo barefoot, Galavis said, "She has a free spirit..when I see a girl barefoot out at club drunk witht he heels off, I'm like 'Really?' Y ou know what the funny part of everything is? I don't walk barefoot."
A single mom, Renee, also stood out to him.
"She's a mom. I thought, just like me and then I saw her at the house, I said, 'I can see her.' Everyone wants to get a little bit of attention, I can see her back there in the corner...I'm gonna give her time."
When it comes to Nicki, the woman who is said to have gotten the final rose, Galavis said, "She likes kids, she cares about other people, so that's important."
Keep up with Galavis and all of the women on The Bachelor Sunday and Monday nights at 8/7c on ABC.
