Heather's (Robin Mattson) well-placed bloody knife could make Franco (Roger Howarth) a prime suspect in the investigation surrounding Carly's (Laura Wright) disappearance on General Hospital.

The weapon was found in the trunk of Franco's car. His history as a serial killer makes him a person of interest as far as Carly's disappearance goes. In a preview for the Wednesday, Jan. 15 episode, he will face his innocence being questioned all over Port Charles.

"What'd you do with Carly?" Scott (Kin Shriner) asked him in the clip.

The only person who isn't surprised by this turn of events is Carly's son Michael (Chad Duell), who has suspected Franco from the beginning. However, he is in for a shock when Kiki (Kristen Aldersen) reveals she doesn't believe Franco is guilty, despite overwhelming evidence mounting against him.

"You don't think Franco did this?" Michael asked Kiki in the preview clip.

"Honestly, I don't," she replied.
