Charlie (Dick Christie) may find Quinn (Rena Sofer) to be a powerful enemy on The Bold and the Beautiful.

He realized Wyatt (Darin Brooks) was involved in the temporary heist of the Hope Diamond after examining security tapes from Forrester. He now wants to expose the truth -- something Quinn will not stand for.

"You're not going to make that call. Not to Liam, or to anyone else," Quinn threatened Charlie in a preview clip for the Thursday, Jan. 16 episode.

Charlie will attempt to honor his code of ethics as a security guard by exposing what he knows. The actual thieves who entered the boutique that day were not responsible for the diamond going missing, and he won't allow them to sit in jail for a crime they didn't commit.

"It's not true, it's not fair, and I'm not going to let it stand," Charlie said.

If Charlie does not heed Quinn's threats and exposes the truth, it could severely affect Wyatt's new relationship with Hope (Kim Matula). Breaking up the couple is something Liam (Scott Clifton) desperately wants to do so he can win Hope back.

Though Hope told Liam she was done trying with their relationship after so many failed attempts at marriage, he refuses to give up. He will inform Ally (Ashlyn Pearce) that he intends to not only win Hope back, but to prove that Wyatt isn't a safe person for her to be with.

"If he's capable of stealing something just to make himself look like a hero, then he's just as dangerous as his mother," Liam said.

Bill (Don Diamont) will meanwhile inform Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) that he tried to win Katie (Heather Tom) back, but she wouldn't allow him back into her life again.

Knowing this means Bill will try pursuing her again, Brooke demands he continue trying with Katie.

"Convince her to let you come back home," she said.
