The Blacklist's Raymond 'Red' Reddington has committed himself to unearthing the true identity of the FBI's mole, but is the person he's captured really who she claims she is?

As the NBC drama heads into this Monday's "The Cyprus Agency," Red (James Spader) has utilized his vast network to point a finger at Agent Malik (Parminder Nagra) as the source of the Bureau's information leaks. When the criminal mastermind confronted the mole during "The Alchemist," Malik made no effort to hide her secret. Instead, she claims to be the mole before Red even has a chance to accuse her, which, according to executive producer John Eisendrath, could be a problem.

"What does that mean, that she knows that she was the mole and that's why he is here? That was so self aware that is feels like there must be more to that story," Eisendrath questioned in an episode of Beyond the Blacklist.

Is Malik working on her own, or does she have a much more powerful employer? More importantly, will Red accept her impending offer to work together?

"It's kind of interesting because its just layers upon layer upon layer of information and no information," Nagra explained on Beyond the Blacklist, after which the actress stated that even she is unsure where exactly her character will wind up.
