The original velociraptor cage which was used in Jurassic Park is now up for auction on eBay.
Theme Park Connection, a company based out of Orlando, Florida, which resells Hollywood and Disney film souveniers and items, listed the prop, which featured in the 1993 blockbuster film, on the website last week.
The RV which was featured in the sequel, The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997) is also up for sale on the website. People have already started bidding for both items and the auction closes at 8 p.m. on Feb. 4.
About 150 bids have already been made for the crate and the highest bid has crossed the $100,000 mark. The RV doesn't seem to be as popular as it still under the $15,000 mark.
Jurassic Park 4 Spoilers: T-Rex to Fight King Kong?
The filming for the fourth instalment in the iconic film franchise, Jurassic World, will begin in Louisiana on June 2.
Chris Pratt (Parks and Recreation) has been confirmed for a lead role in the film. While the actor is mostly recognised as a funny man, Pratt has also showcased his more serious and intense side with films like Zero Dark Thirty. New Girl's Jake Johnson has also signed up for a role in Jurassic World. Bryce Dallas Howard will be playing the female lead in the film.
Additional cast members include Nick Robinson and Ty Simpkins, who will be playing brothers in the film.
The new film will be a sequel and not a reboot according to director Colin Trevorrow. The director suggested that the film, which is now titled Jurassic World, wil be set 22 years in the future. The details came to light when a fan asked the filmmaker to confirm rumors about the film being a reboot.
The Jurassic Park films are based on Michael Crichton's series of novels about pre-historic beasts being revived by revolutionary gene technology. Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are co-producing the film alongside Steven Spielberg, who directed the first two instalments in the franchise.
The film will hit theaters on June 12, 2015.
