The Bachelor star Clare has broken her silence about speculation that she and Juan Pablo Galavis were intimate in the latest episode of the reality series.

'The Bachelor' Contestants Jealous of Clare? [VIDEO]

During a media call earlier this week, Clare made it clear that not only did they not have sex, she doesn't regret whatever it is that they did do. It's not clear exactly what happened, but during the episode Clare and Galavis were in the ocean together then next thing viewers knew, Galavis was telling her that they should have never done what they did. Many thought he was implying that the two went too far physically.

But Clare said that absolutely did not happen.

"I don't think it was made clear by anybody that that's not what happened...that wasn't my intention going into it [and] everyone in the situation knows that's not what happened. I was doing something that was on my bucket list and I don't regret it, to this second, even after this outcome...I just want the reality of it to be out there and the truth to be out there instead of the short clips people are seeing. I wanted to be able to elaborate on that."

Still, she maintains that she has no idea why Galavis acted that way. She confessed that even after watching the episode air on national television, she didn't have any more clarity than the moment it all happened.

"It still throws me off because I'm sitting here saying, 'What did we do wrong?' All the reasons he [gave] to me were [about] his daughter, but as you saw, he took me into his suite to go swimming in his pool. If anything, that to me is a little more questionable and I had doubts about that more so than the ocean. So it was unclear; there was no line drawn," she said.

As if the situation couldn't get any more confusing, the show's longtime host, Chris Harrison, said that Galavis blaming Clare for whatever happened was the wrong thing to do.

"It was not only confusing, but it was borderline rude. He didn't see it that way. Even though he apologized later, I don't think he really understood how cheap he made her feel," Harrison said.

Clare did say that she agreed with Harrison's statements and said that he made her feel "awful."

Despite it all, Clare is still a contestant on the series as Galavis eliminated Danielle, Kelli and Alli.
