Shaun White: "Too Much For Me To Gamble"

"You're playing your first game and everyone's probably thinking about where they need to be and systems -- probably a thousand things going through their minds," Canada's captain Sidney Crosby told The Canadian Press.

"I think just once we settled in and realized how we play and how we need to play, we started to get some good results."

Austria, who is playing in the Olympics for the first time since 2002 in Salt Lake City, lost to Finland 8-4. Yet, the Austrian team is trying to have a different mindset at this year's Olympics games.

"We were used to, a lot of times, so to speak, kind of failure - expected to lose all the time," Austria's Manny Viveiros told The Canadian Press. "We decided or said we have to change something in the identity or the cultural thinking of the attitude."
