‘How I Met Your Mother’ Spoilers: Younger Versions Of Ted’s Kids To Appear & Eliza Dushku Cast In Spin-Off Show? [VIDEO]
Fans of How I Met Your Mother are clamoring for any information they can possibly get on the show's final episodes, and while the cast and crew have been mostly tight-lipped about what they can expect, small spoilers continue to emerge.
'Twists' and 'Surprises' In Final 'HIMYM' Episodes?
In an E! News Spoiler Chat on Feb. 21, it was revealed that by the series' end, fans will have met Ted's kids once again-however they won't be the young teenagers they appear to have been throughout the series thus far.
"Get ready to meet the kids...at a different age! We'll see son (David Henrie) and Daughter (Lyndsey Fonseca) at ages 4 and 6, respectively. Maybe they'll meet the mama?" the spoiler read.
Final Scene Filmed Eight Years Ago?
Though not the juiciest spoiler, seeing the kids at a young age could lend more credibility to a theory that has been floating around online that Ted has been telling his kids the story of their mother because she died while they were too young to remember her.
In other How I Met Your Mother related news, the spin-off series How I Met Your Dad may be ready to cast its second actor.

According to zap2it, former Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Bring It On star Eliza Dushku could sign on to play the role f the other female lead on the new series, Juliet.
"Ok. Now to put down iphone aka #Kiev #Venezuela tracking device & pick up 'How I Met Your Dad' pilot script to read #spinoff #channelchange," Dushku tweeted Feb. 20.
No word yet on whether she has been cast in the role.
