On Wednesday, E! News reported that there will be a hookup between characters that fans won't expect.
It looks like there will also be news of a major death, which could cause Mary to make an important decision while her manipulative mother does something in court that could unveil some evil plot.
Will Catherine's Sons Be Put In Horrible Danger?
Reign returns on Feb. 27 and a clip showed more scoop on the show involving Clarissa possibly kidnapping Catherine's sons.
With the announcement that Catherine is Clarissa's mother, Clarissa could go on a vengeance spree against Catherine by stealing her sons.
"That girl is broken as she is more animal than human," Catherine says about Clarissa.
Katie Boland, who plays Clarissa, revealed that although her character might have an obsession for the boys, she still may have a heart for them.
"I know she feels very close to those two little boys," Boland said. "So there's some genuine love and affection here."
It was also recently announced that Reign would return for a second season along with four other shows on The CW -- Arrow, The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and Supernatural.
"I'm very pleased to announce early pickups for all five series, and let our fans know they'll have more great drama to look forward to next season," CW President Mark Pedowitz said.
