Sarah Drew, who plays April, spoke with The Hollywood Reporter and revealed her ideal choice - Matthew.

"They are on the same page about big life things, the way they look at the world and the way they share the same space. They agree with each other on a lot of things -- and he's incredibly romantic, beautiful and he's so good to her," she said.
Drew also pointed out that Jackson is her best friend and "knows her better than Matthew does." They also have a strong attraction for each other. However, she still feels Matthew is the better man for April.
While fans have to wait till Thursday night for the midseason premiere, Drew promises that no matter who Sarah chooses, there will be lots of drama to follow.
"There's going to be tension no matter what choice she makes and no matter who she chooses to be with. It's a mess," she said. "Jackson created the mess, but he had to do it. That's brave, but sometimes being brave leaves disaster in your wake and then you have to face the consequences."
The drama will also involve Stephanie, who will always be Jackson's second choice.
