'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Season 6: Cynthia Says NeNe 'Crossed The Line' When Calling Her Husband 'The B Word'? [VIDEO]
Cynthia Bailey and NeNe Leakes might be reality TV BFFs, but Bailey said Leakes crossed the line when she dissed her husband, Peter Thomas.
Cynthia and Phaedra Blame Kenya For 'RHOA' Brawl
In her Bravo TV blog, Bailey opened up about the fight between Leakes and Thomas after Kenya Moore's controversial masquerade ball held in Leakes' honor. In the episode, Thomas left the event early because he didn't like the way Leakes was acting. When Leakes confronted him, the two got into a huge screaming match. While Bailey did point some of the blame at her husband, she called out Leakes for her role in the huge argument as well.
Bailey wrote, "I was a little upset with Peter the next morning (after Kenya's event) for confronting NeNe (although she actually confronted him), because I did not think it was the right time to talk. The night had already taken a turn for the worst, and I didn't see the point in trying to fix something that was already broken. Had NeNe not gotten out of her car, walked over to Peter, and initiated the conversation with Peter, there would not have been a reason for him to be in her face, right?"
Cynthia Asks Fans to Pray For Her and Peter's Marriage
She went on to express her disappointment in Leakes for calling her husband "the B word," especially considering the two are extremely close even when the cameras stop rolling.
Bailey added, "I am beyond offended and embarrassed that one of my closet and most loyal friends called by husband [the b word] for speaking the truth. Not only is it blatant disrespect, it's also dirty. It crosses the line, and hits way below the belt. A little surprising coming from someone who prides themselves on being such a GOOD FRIEND and the authority on who is not one."
In the upcoming episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the drama continues as Thomas and Leakes' husband, Gregg, get into a huge argument. Be sure to tune in March 2 on Bravo at 8/7c.
