Lindsay Lohan was found "unresponsive" at a hotel in Los Angeles, but her spokesman says the actress is "fine."

Paramedics were called to her hotel on Friday after staff found her unresponsive. Her spokesman says it was nothing but "exhanustion and dehydration" and she wasn't taken to the hospital.

"Lindsay worked a grueling schedule the past few days," Lohan spokesman Steve Honig said in a statement to MSNBC. Lindsay was examined and is fine, but did suffer some exhaustion and dehydration," he said.

According to Honig, Lohan was "never taken to a hospital" and the actress is now resting and hoping to be back on set later this afternoon.

TMZ reports that Lohan first called the production team of her upcoming film "Liz and Dick" after she complained of exhaustion.

The production team sent a private doctor to check on the actress but before he arrived hotel staff found her unresponsive and the hotel called 911, according to TMZ.

In a conflicting report, Lohan's rep said a member of the production team called 911, TMZ reports.

According to Honig, Lohan was on set Thursday night at 7 p.m. and worked through the night until 8 a.m. this morning.

The actress took a nap before shooting her final scene. Producers were concerned when she did not come out of her room and called paramedics as a precaution, Honig said.

Lohan was in a car accident recently in California and was taken to the hospital but released.
