The audience may now be fully aware of Tom Keen's (Ryan Eggold) duplicitous nature and impressive hand-to-hand combat skills, but whom he is working for - and why they are so interested in assessing Liz's (Megan Boone) connection to Red (James Spader) - is still unknown.

Many of those answers may actually be provided by Liz when she discovers Tom's true identity. With a lot of prompting from Red, the FBI profiler is beginning to see through er husband's deceptions, and she is on the cusp of a major revelation.

"The character of Tom Keen is a guy that was kind of the perfect husband. We begin to see the cracks in that veneer, we begin to see him as a spy throughout the telling of that story of this season," explained Co-Executive Producer Patrick Massett, according to the latest episode of Beyond The Blacklist. "And, yeah, there's an anticipation - how badass is this guy going to be once the glasses come off, so to speak."

When The Blacklist returns on March 24 with "Ivan," Liz will make a major leap in her investigation.

"In the next episode, Liz is going to come to learn something about her husband and by the end of the episode she will come to a revelation that's going to change her life forever," teased Executive Producer John Eisendrath, according to Beyond The Blacklist.
