The Marvel's Agents of Shield cast can't stress enough how important it is for fans to watch the ABC series before and after the premiere of Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Although Marvel is notoriously tight-lipped about their projects, Sunday's Agents of SHIELD Paley Festival panel dropped a few hints about episodes 16, 17 and their connection to Caps upcoming adventure.
"It would certainly not surprise anyone if things did happen from the movie that we're mentioning on the show that we're talking about," Loeb said, according to The Wrap.

Since Winter Soldier trailers have already confirmed that Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson) and SHIELD will be major players in the April 4 release, talks of connecting threads between TV and film have fans wondering it Centipede and the Clairvoyant will make the jump to the big screen.
While the panel was unable to confirm that theory, fans should note that Agent Jasper Sitwell (Maximiliano Hernandez) will not only play a major role in Winter Soldier, but he will also appear in the April 1 episode of Agents of SHIELD.
Titled "The End of the Beginning," the episode will also feature the return of Deathlok (August Richards), Agent Victoria Hand (Saffron Burrows), and Agent John Garrett (Bill Paxton) while addressing he status of Skye's tenuous position with SHIELD and May's (Ming Na Wen) possible role as a mole, according to Zap2It.
