Kesha Rehab: 'Timber' Singer Shines On First Red Carpet Appearance Since Treating Eating Disorder [PHOTOS]
Kesha was all smiles as she walked her first red carpet since completing rehab earlier in March.
Kesha Sends Special Message To Fans While in Rehab
The Timber singer donned a floor-length glittery dress along with a touch of green in her blonde hair. The 27-year-old was present to promote animal rights for the Humane Society of the United States' 60th Anniversary Gala in Los Angeles, Calif. on Saturday.
At the event, Kesha posed for photos with the company's CEO, Wayne Pacelle, and Governor Jerry Brown's adorable dog, Sutter.
This is the star's first public appearance since she reemerged from an Illinois rehab facility on March 6. Upon leaving treatment, Kesha also posted a positive message for her fans on social media.

"Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music. I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me," she tweeted. "Life is beautiful. I'm so blessed to have u all."
Kesha entered the rehab program in Timberline Knolls, outside of Chicago, in January to treat an eating disorder.
"I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice," Kesha explained via Facebook. "I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder...to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am."
After rehab, the Die Young singer also changed her Twitter handle from @Keshasuxx to @KeshaRose -- perhaps to embody a more positive outlook on life. She also dropped the dollar sign from her name, which once stood in place of the letter "S".
