'The Walking Dead' Season 5 Spoilers: Beth To Show Up At Terminus During A 'Heartbreaking' Scene? [VIDEO]
It looks like more of the scoop on Beth will be revealed when The Walking Dead returns for its fifth season, as the answer to where she's been will likely be anything except pleasant.
On March 30, TheWalkingDead.com posted a story on what will happen in Beth's arrival when showrunner Scott Gimple revealed some details.
"I will say Beth, in some state, is totally somewhere," Gimple said. "I'll say then, that that's going to be answered next season. And I'm really excited to tell everybody the answer. It might be a little heartbreaking, it might be a little heartwarming, but it's going to be interesting."
Fifth Year Will Be 'Incredible?'
Series creator Robert Kirkman exposed some more details on Beth, saying that she could show up at Terminus or she might not even be back at all.
"She got taken, she's not back yet," he said. "I can say that Terminus has a lot of signs out there and it's certainly possible that all kinds of different people out there could make their way to Terminus in some way, so maybe Beth shows up to Terminus in Season 5...maybe not. I think I can say that Beth's story is not over. We'll see her again, maybe in Season 5, maybe not."
Kirkman also revealed that Terminus will be a huge part of the season especially with the memorial room.
"There's a very long and involved way that Terminus came about, and that memorial is a big part of it," Kirkman said. "It's what these people have lived through and what's happened to them and what's built them into what they are, which will be revealed in Season 5."
The Walking Dead is expected to return in October 2014.
