While we did suggest that the film will conflate the plots of Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day the film will have a lot of new features and might still be different kind of beast.
Firstly, the aspect of time travel is key to the film and has not been featured in other films.
"Terminator deals a lot with time travel, so there will be a younger T-800 and then what that model does later on when it gets reprogrammed, and who gets a hold of him," Schwarzenegger said. "So it will be all kinds of interesting twists in the movie, but I feel so good."
Secondly, as the 66-year-old Schwarzenegger returns to star as the iconic cyborg, a lot will change.

The actor revealed that the Terminator will age for the very first time.
"The way that the character is written, it's a machine underneath," he said. "It's this metal skeleton. But above that is human flesh. And the Terminator's flesh ages, just like any other human being's flesh. Maybe not as fast. But it definitely ages."
He went on to suggest that there will be multiple cyborgs in the film.
Another new development will be the fact that the cyborg's can be reprogrammed!
