It seems like the production studio for The Hobbit is considering changing the title for the third film in the trilogy, which was called There and Back Again until now.

According to a new HitFlix report dated April 16, an inside source revealed that New Line had registered a new title, The Hobbit: Into the Fire. Though it is uncertain what motivated this and what the title is meant for, it is being speculated that this might be the new title for the The Hobbit: Part 3.

In a March interview, Richard Armitage, who plays Thorin in the films, also revealed that the third film will be "shorter" than the first two in the trilogy.

The actor also spoke about the massive battle that will be the highlight of the last film in the series but was careful not to ruin it for fans.

"I can tell you nothing about the Battle of the Five Armies other than it cost me some blood and some tears," he said. ''I think it's a testament to Peter Jackson's casting that the actors that come together to work on a movie with him do naturally develop a fellowship.
