Todd Chrisley's iron fist parenting style doesn't stop when the Chrisley Knows Best cameras turn off.

One of television's favorite reality dads recently opened up to TV Guide about the fame he has gotten for his no nonsense tactics.
"I was walking across a mall parking lot and someone yelled, 'Class not a--.' Then I was in the mall, and people were coming up and saying, 'Man, I love you. I love you. You don't take any crap. You're on top of things. That's when it really started picking up."
His unique style is what has helped Chrisley rise to fame ever since his family landed on reality television in Chrisley Knows Best, which was just renewed for a second season. The new infamous and catchy "class not a--" phrase comes from a clip of the show when his daughter was trying on formal dresses. At one point he even put a boot on his son's car after he snuck out.
Chrisley opened up about the show returning to the small screen for season number two.
"We feel very blessed. I know that will not always be the case, but at the moment, we're basking in that moment of people being very respectful and kind."
However, Chrisley also confirmed that fame can be a blessing and a curse.
"There have been things that have been written that are not true. And you take one ounce of something that has some merit to it and then you create your story around that - that's not cool. But it's something that we're learning to deal with."
The first season finale of Chrisley Knows Best airs Tuesday April 22 on USA at 10/9c.
