Todd Using Wife to Hide Assets in Bankrtupcy Case?
Apparently, the banks are going after Todd after he defaulted on a $362,300 loan with $33,533.38. While creditors normally have to wait until bankruptcy proceedings are over to start collecting debt, they were granted a "relief from the automatic stay" Monday so they could go after what is owed to them immediately.
Reality television has definitely exposed Todd's real financial state since he filed for bankruptcy in 2012. But on the show he emphasized that he and his wife spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on their wardrobe annually.
The trustee in charge of the case, has asked the court to also subpoena Todd's AOL and Google email accounts to see how much he really makes.
