Maria Hill is returning to Agents of SHIELD, and she is not someone you want to mess with in the wake of the HYDRA debacle.

Brett Dalton Explains Agents Ward's New Role, Lingering Ties To Coulson's Team On Agents Of SHIELD

Following the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Hill (Cobie Smulders) has left SHIELD behind and found sanctuary at Stark Industries. While Director Fury's (Samuel L. Jackson) right hand agent is still fielding inquiries from the alphabet soup agencies and congress, it looks like she will take a momentary break from the chaos in order to sort things out with Coulson (Clark Gregg).

Agent May (Ming-Na Wen) will catch up with Hill during the first 2 minutes of "Nothing Personal" and the duo will share their concerns that HYDRA's Alexander Pierce may have been in charge of TAHITI, thus compromising Coulson's mind. Now that Fury is off the grid (or "dead" if you want to toe the party line) it is up to May and Hill to insure that their humorous leader is still in the clear.

Maria Hill Is Back, But Is Cobie Smulders The Ally Coulson Needs On Agents Of SHIELD

In an odd twist of events, Hill will team up with Colonal Talbot (also known as the most recent thorn on Coulson's side) to storm Providence and get in contact with her old friend. Unfortunately, Hill and Coulson may not have the same take on SHIELD's current situation.

"I think it's a great opportunity for her and Coulson to be in some conflict because he's the guy who doesn't want to let go, and she's the one that's clearly moved on," said executive producer Jeffery Bell, according to Marvel.com.

Check out the two videos below to see Hill's entrance into May and Coulson's storylines and tune into ABC on Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET to see how her story plays out.
