'Fast and Furious 7' News: Paul Walker's Mom 'Proud' Of Sons, Says Its 'Bittersweet' For Brothers To Step In? [VIDEO]
Paul Walker's mom, Cheryl stated that she was "very proud" of her sons for stepping in for Walker in Fast and Furious 7 but also suggested that it was "bittersweet" for them.

In an interview with E!Online on April 30, Cheryl spoke about her younger sons, Caleb and Cody, helping finish Walker's charcter arc in Fast and Furious 7:
"[I'm] very proud of them," she said. "It is bittersweet for them to do this. They are happy to honor their brother and finish the project."

The film's Facebook page made the announcement the official on April 15 stating that Walker's younger brothers would be filling in to help finish Walker's character, Brian O'Connor's story in the film:
"We came together and all felt the only choice was to continue," the statement reads. "We believe our fans want that, and we believe Paul would want that too. Paul had already shot his dramatic scenes and most of his action for FAST & FURIOUS 7, and it's among the strongest work of his career."
Walker is the oldest of five siblings. He died on Nov. 30 in a car crash in Santa Clarita, Calif. He was the passenger in a car being driven by his friend, race car driver Roger Rodas, who also died in the accident. The speeding car hit a tree and instantly burst into flames, causing both the actor and Rodas to die on the spot. The actor was headed home after attending a charity event for his foundation, Reach Out Worldwide.
Walker is survived by his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow.
