'The Bachelorette' 2014 Contestants To Get a Peek at Andi Dorfman 'Losing Control' And Being 'Vulnerable'? [VIDEO]
Andi Dorfman has yet to make her debut as the newest Bachelorette star but the show's longrunning host Chris Harrison says she's already better than Juan Pablo Galavis.
Andi Leaves Juan Pablo After Disaster Date?
After being called one of the most controversial bachelors ever, Juan Pablo got lots of flack for not being vulnerable and open with his contestants, including Dorfman. It got to the point where Dorfman called him out for his lack of feelings and consideration. But now that she is the new bachelorette, Harrison said Dorfman is singing a completely different tune than Juan Pablo.
During an interview earlier this week Harrison said, "She's a breath of fresh air, obviously coming off the season with Juan Pablo and a tumultuous season - controversial to say the least."
Andi Mocks Juan Pablo on Twitter?
They have already started filming Dorfman's season and Harrison described her as "sincere, self-deprecating," and credited her for "doing a good job so far."
While she obviously has her own attributes, Harrison said the main thing that separates Dorfman from Juan Pablo is her ability to be vulnerable with the men fighting for her heart, something Juan Pablo struggled doing all season long.
Harrison, who has hosted 27 seasons of the franchise, added, "Well, just for a Bachelor or Bachelorette to work, you have to give yourself up. I go back to Juan Pablo-that's one of the things he had trouble with. He's very controlling and you really have to lose control.
That's what Andi's doing a good job of right now, and it's what Juan Pablo didn't do a good job of."
The Bachelorette premieres later this year on ABC.
