Dancing with the Stars said goodbye to two more performers during Monday's "Celebrity Dance Duel" competition.

Thanks to the season 17 decision to forgo results episodes, competitors are now eliminated based on their previous week's performance. Scores and voting from last week's "Latin Night" left Danica McKellar and Valentin Chmerkovskiy in last place and the couple was booted from the ABC series.

McKellar and Chmerkovskiy were bringing in high scores until they fumbled the "Latin Night" salsa. After only receiving a 33 for that ill-fated performance, the 38 the pair received for their tango on Monday came too late and voters and judges put an end to their Stars stint.

Just as McKellar and Chmerkovskiy saw an improvement in their skills, Olympic ice dancer Meryl Davis and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy failed to continue dominating the top of the rankings. After snagging a 39 last week, the duo gave up their prime position to Charlie White (also an Olympic Ice Dancer) and Sharna Burgess when the latter's quickstep was granted a perfect 40 from Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, and Abby Lee Miller (see video below).

Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and will return on May 12 with the semifinals.
